It was a BIG day on Tuesday, with the celebration of the outgoing City Council, and the swearing in of the new mayor and 4 City Council people. More on that later. As the reception for Mayor Gates was in full swing before the meeting, look at who appeared out of no where: Uncle Wesley!!! All the way from the big SD. What a shock. He is so good at that. As he said,”You only are swore in for your first City Council seat once. Couldn’t miss it!” Thanks, Wes, so glad you made it.
