I was able to spend most of Friday at orientation for myself and my other new Councilman Elect, Brian Rudy. We spent the day hearing from various City staff members, getting our technology signed into, learning more about what to expect, and going over expectations for Council. Swearing in will be November 18! Reviewed my first Friday Packet, which includes all the material and background information that will be presented at Council. 356 pages. Glad it was a beautiful weekend in Colorado so I was able to sit on the patio, enjoy a stick, and prepare for my first Council meeting.
