It was a busy first weekend as a City Councilman Elect. I was invited to attend the Eagles game with a select group of supporters of several campaigns. We were able to sit in the Eagles Nest, be treated to dinner and drinks, and got to visit the locker room after the game to meet the players and coaches. Saturday was the Hispanic Women of Weld County breakfast and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Weld County Calf Auction that evening. Monday the current City Manager resigned and Brian McBroom was named. That’s my bald head in the picture talking to the other newly elected Ward 4 Councilman Brian Rudy.
