I had the opportunity to take the second of three tours of Greeley Water’s expansive network of facilities last week. We traveled with City Staff, a deputy finance director and Councilwoman DeBoutez to two locations. The first was a stop north of Ft. Collins for the Bellvue Water Treatment plant. It can process water from the Poudre River and have it safely at my home in less than 48 hours. We then loaded up and visited one of our reservoirs and enjoyed a picnic lunch. Such an impressive system that Greeley is fortunate to have.
