I had the opportunity to attend and be the featured speaker at the weekly Weld GOP breakfast last week. It took a lot of courage and bravery to get up in front of the room and take some arrows from the 20 or so folks that were pretty displeased at the current state of the city. Most folks were frustrated with the new City Manager’s salary, the possible tax increase tied to homelessness, and the appointment of the new Ward ! Councilman. But I did it. And I’m proud.
