We lost a “family member” last weekend, as The Tavern closed for business and Chad and Wendi sold to new owners. They had owned it for 16 years. It was a fairly emotional night as we celebrated the Young’s and everything that the Tavern had ment to our family over the years. Birthday parties, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, cheap Saturday burgers, campaign kick-offs and election night watch parties. The list goes on and on. All those trivia nights while I was going through cancer. The beer dinners with good friends. Watching each of our kids work there, while Andrew was there until the end. Thanks you, Youngs. Thank you.
