Walking Tour

We were able to take a guided walking tour of the 9-11 memorial pools for about 45 minutes. It was very well done and our tour guide Jessica did a tremendous job walking is around the pools and telling stories about the various people who lost their lives. The tree in the final photo is the only surviving tree from the grounds of the World Trade Center. It's seeds are sent to other grieving communities that have suffered heartbreaking tragedies. At the same time we were taking our tour, there was quite a bit of police/secret service/bomb sniffing dog activities near the entrance to the museum. Snippers on the roof too. At the conclusion of the tour, we asked Jessica who the special guest was. It was our future president....Donald Trump.
