It was a very different Christmas Eve this year. Of course, looking back on the past 3 years, what IS normal anymore? With the PDX kids in PDX, and the middles with their SOs in Windsor and Denver, Jennifer and I decided to get out of the house and out of town. So we adventured all the way to…Fort. Collins. We haven’t enjoyed a meal at the Melting Pot in almost 8 or 10 years, so it was a nice treat.
