I was able to attend a few events supporting the community last week. One was the naturalization ceremony for 22 new American citizens. It was a great night seeing families cheer on their loved ones, share a potluck, and receive their official citizenship paperwork and certificate. I was also able to stop by Sailda del Sol academy for their science night. Got a tour of the building from their director, got to meet some teachers and interact with several of the organizations that had booths set up. It was also a beautiful fall afternoon as Twin Rivers Community Park had the ribbon cutting for their new playground equipment. I also attended the Northern Colorado Energy Summit hosted at the Chevron campus. Interesting stuff for sure.
