Big news in the Roth household! The last several weekends, Andrew and Ari have been looking at possible homes to buy. Over the weekend, they invited Jen and I to tour the 4 houses that their Realtor had lined up to look at. The first two weren’t ideal. We stopped for a quick lunch before touring the second two. The all brink house in Glenmere was awesome…if the price was dropped by 100k and the kids had time and money to fix it up. The last house of the day, and the only one I didn’t get a picture of, might turn out to be their first home. It checked most/all of the boxes, and they ended up putting an offer in an hour later. Fingers crossed they will know more later this week!
