It was a crazy bust 4th of July in the Dirty G. We had an early morning start with the parade and happy hour (more to come on that in a separate post), followed by a quick stop at Kaan’s party before closing the night at Scribbick Ranch. I only suffered a small fireworks burn, so that was good. As I reflected on the day, I’m grateful to live in America, warts and all. I feel it’s the greatest country in the world, and I’m so grateful to be living under the protection of our military and first responders. I’m thankful for first world healthcare, air conditioning and that I don’t have to worry if my electricity will go out. I am grateful for freedom of travel, freedom of speech, and freedom to gather. God Bless America.
