Noah competed in his first even high school cross country meet on Thursday in Colorado Springs. It was termed "pre-state" since they ran on the same course that the state meet will be held on. All the hard work and miles Noah did over the summer paid off as he ran a 25:14 over the 3.2 miles. In 95 degree heat. On the toughest course they will run this fall. Great work son the oldest.
