 Happy birthday Ari! Thanks for letting us celebrate with you this weekend! And thanks to Mr. And Mrs. Roth for having everyone over on Saturday for street tacos and some board games!

VV-Moxi

 Busy weekend in the Dirty G! Friday night started with the Violet Visionaries playing a home show at the Moxi. Sadly we missed this one since we were across Lincoln Park at the UCCC watching the spring performance from the Colorado Dance Collective.

50th

 Happy birthday, Scott! What a fun day! To celebrate turning 50, Shelley hired the Trinity Mobile Cigar Lounge for the day. It was set up at Scribbick Ranch on a beautiful spring afternoon. Plenty of meat, fixings, whiskey, and of course cigars! 

RSVP/Unwind

 Wrapped up the week on a high note, with the RSVP Seniors breakfast and the Erie Unwind.

 Today would have been dad’s 74th birthday. It’s hard to believe he has been in heaven for almost 5 years now. This has been a rough couple of weeks…between the memories of the Mancation in 2016, dad’s illness and passing in 2017, the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, and the end of mom’s life in 2022, lots of memories and emotions. I love you dad. I miss you. You would be so proud of your boys, your daughters-in-law, and your grandchildren ( and granddaughter-in-law!). 

Wednesday

 Ryan was busy as a beaver on Wednesday traveling around his markets and spreading some ALLO love! Started the day at the grand opening/ribbon cutting for Chicken Salad Chik in Greeley with the Ambassador team. Then it was off to Brighton for the State of the City. Finished the day with a Rotary meeting (less than 3 months until I become President!). As a bonus, attended the official announcement and celebration of the new Teen Center for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Weld County on Monday. That’s my friend, fellow Rotarian, and CEO of the Clubs Terry Adams!

Watch Party

 The ALLO events team hosted a Denver Nuggets watch party at Bulldog on Tuesday night. Even though the Nuggets got trounced in Houston, it was still a fun night. We had one person sign up for service, and 37 others sign up for the raffle that we can follow up with in the next week or so. How about that YETI cooler and signed Nuggets jersey we gave away? 

Bumpin’

 The Bumpin Uglies made another stop in Colorado this week. This time in Fort Collins at the Aggie (which, interestingly enough, Little D played at a few weeks ago). Great show, fun venue, and I got a song I was chasing that they didn’t play in Greeley last fall: Morning After. And not only did I get to see it, Brandon played it in the encore. Solo. Acoustic. 

Greeley-D

 Little D is wrapping up his college career! He recently interviewed and was hired at Valley High School for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. In addition, the band is playing regular gigs, and he continues to play a few times a month in the church worship band. Go D go. 

Greeley-Than

 Here’s an update from the YFC world and Than and Ruthie. They continue to kill it with their new job and the kids they are helping in fairly significant ways. Go Than Go. 

PDX-Sister

 It appears that Sis is having a solid last half of March in the PDX. Movies, trips to the ocean, some hiking, and I assume some school and work? Go Sister go.
