DEN——>PDX

It’s graduation weekend in the Pacific Northwest, so you know what that means! Yep, an early morning wake-up (2AM) and the first flight out at 630. Was fun to be joined on the flight by Than, Ruthie, Andrew and Ari. After an uneventful flight and picking up the car, we met up with Noah, Sariah and Sara(Beth) at a cool brunch spot to begin the weekend together!

June (1st Half)

Where is 2024 going? Here we are already half way through June. Been a busy first half of the month with ribbon cuttings, Rotary meetings, some love on Facebook for myself and ALLO, and many little blessings throughout the days including the 6th Anniversary party at 477, some little horses at a ribbon cutting, a turtle on a morning walk at Bittersweet, the June edition on the Mob Mixer, our Leadership Weld County class project at the United Way diaper Bank, and stying a hat for Dad Bod Summer with the DDA.

Progress

Little by little and bit by bit, I continue to heal and feel stronger day by day. I am determined to maintain the healthy practices that I have been developing since the end of March. Here are a few markers of the progress I’ve made. I’m trying to close my Apple Watch rings everyday, and get 7000ish steps. Go Ryan, go.

Red Rocks- Trevor Hall Edition

Second trip to Red Rocks this season was a success, even after a weather delay. Thankful no heavy rain, just lightening in the area. Trevor Hall performed for 2 hours, with the backing of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. The gang all enjoyed themselves, Scribbs made dinner in the parking lot, got to see “Green Mountain State,” and we were home in bed by 135. Getting out of the parking lot took over an hour.
