Foodies

Friday night we finally used Jennifer's Christmas gift from Living Social: a 2 1/2 hour cooking class at Foodies. That's the same place that we had my Iron Chef birthday party back in February. The theme for the evening was Jamaican food, mon!! There were 5 total couples that cooked everything from Jerk chicken, to rice to stuffed meat pockets and bread. Jen and I did a knock out job on the rum punch. We even learned a few things about preparing spicy food, prepping tomatoes and marinating and cooking chicken.
