Kat Von D

Had the chance to drive to Denver last night for a quick trip to the Tattered Cover. Author, artist, and star of the reality TV show "LA Ink", Kat Von D was signing copies of her new book "Tattoo Chronicles." Thankfully I was one of the first people in line (#6 to be exact), because there were well over 400 people there to meet Kat and have their books signed. She was almost 45 minutes late to the event, but was in a great mood when she arrived. Most authors barely look up while signing books and grunt at you when you say anything to them. Not Kat.
