I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days, before you’ve actually left them.

Chamber
Nathanael has his final orchestra concert for the year on Thursday night. He and the Chamber just killed it. All the practice is paying off. He was also awarded a 1 with honors for their small groups performance at a competition 2 weeks ago which is the highest honor a group can receive. Here is a screen shot from the Facebook Live video I did so grandma could watch.

Leads
Another great Friday leads group at the Greeley Chamber. I think we had 18 business professionals attending again today. I’ve written a fair amount of business from this group. Helps I’m the only P&C agent that regularly attends.

Rotary
Another great Rotary meeting today at the Country Club. Today’s program was on the Poudre Learning Center. Lunch wasn’t too bad either! Makes up for those cold cuts they fed us a few weeks ago.

Bears
With Andrews official acceptance into UNC, Jen and I picked up some new swag at the bookstore last week. I think we look pretty great. Go Bears!

Celebration
Tonight we celebrated Eve’s acceptance into UNC and the drama education program. We are so proud of her and the fact she will be staying in Greeley this fall. Off to Right Coast Pizza!

Dance
Sarabeth had her last dance of middle school last night. She invited a few girlfriends over to get ready before the dance, then posed for pictures before mom drive them to the dance. I picked them up, then waited outside Qdoba for over an hour while they ate. Great picture of sis with her older brother!

Flash Mob
One of the many great ideas that came out of the annual ambassadors meeting was creating a monthly “flash mob” that could show up at a local business, buy some products from that business, give them a great social media opportunity and generally encourage them and thank them for being a chamber member. We had our first one yesterday at Aunt Helens Coffee. Great turn-out! Look for another mob in March.
Ribbon Cutting
Another day, another ribbon cutting as a Chamber Ambassador! Sadly, only had 1 other Ambassador show up, who turned out to be the 2019 Ambassador of the Year. But no matter, keep representing Greeley and the many amazing businesses in the area!
Agency
Here’s the morning view of the agency. Very rare sighting of snow in this picture. Been terribly dry in Gtown this winter.
Post-game
Why should the party stop just because the Gala ended? We joined the city manager and his wife for an after party cocktail at Tower56. They were doing a Girl Scout cookie pairing that night, so why not? And hey Roy, it still sucks, to be, a CSU Ram. Go Pokes!

100
The Greeley Chamber of Commerce celebrated 100 years last week at their annual gala. As an ambassador I got to wear a silly hat and sell raffle tickets. Jen was able to join me after getting out of P/T conferences. Sarabeth was even in attendance helping serve with Key Club.

I don’t usually use/check/post on Instagram, so I was pleased to find this today while I was scrolling through. Thanks babe.
Happiest
Following up the Summit, I drove across the street to the monthly “Windsor’s Happiest Hour,” which is a monthly networking event hosted by a realtor I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know the past couple of years. It’s another monthly event to show my face, continue to build trust, and meet a slightly different group of business professionals.

Summit
Wednesday was a long day of being on my A game. Our agency purchased a booth at the 2019 Northern Colorado Realtor Summit. So I spent the day “shaking babies and kissing hands”. I made quite a few great contacts, including some key mortgage brokers and real estate agents. The keynote speaker at lunch was very inspirational. Time to follow up on those hot leads!
