Coffee #3

Finally, after sitting for almost 3 hours, we got a break. And I got more HOT coffee. Meeting starting to drag along. Hopefully only 2 hours left.

Our big boss basically said 2010 hasn't started very well. We are already missing our sales plan by $365000. Ouch. Better sell a display tomorrow.

On the Road

Several of my co-workers and I are on the road to Wyoming for the yearly Frito-Lay Zone roll-out meeting. We have lunch, then spend several hours talking about where we have been and where we are going in 2010. Then we get to have team building time by playing games against the other districts that are there. They hand out several awards and maybe even a free shirt! Ill try and post updates throughout the day!

Presents!

After the great dinner at Old C's, it was back to 3506 for the opening of the presents. I'd like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity. All my gifts were so thoughtful. I especially loved the card from Wes and Kim with Hilliary Rodham Clinton on the front. Great card Wes!

The large picture I am holding with the Wild Things hanging from the vines is the design of the tattoo that I will be placing forever on my body. I hope to start in sometime in March. Jen met the tattoo artist and really liked her. I'll keep everyone posted as the big day draws closer.

Birthday Dinner

The party moved over to Old Chicago for an early dinner in order to beat the dinner rush. Our family, mom and dad, and Big Andrew enjoyed appetizers including my favorite Italian nachos, pizza, calzones, and cupcakes provided by mom in lieu of a birthday cake. I also enjoyed some of the finer beverages offered by Old C's, including a couple of Snakebites and a "Brain Hemorrhage" given to me by Big D. The kids were all pretty impressed.

Mom

We all love Mom LOTS in a very BIG way! So what better way to show her that then with a BIG, HUGE, AMAZING, WONDERFUL card??? Also included was a gift card to the Human Bean, so she can get a little pick-me-up on her way to Frontier. We love you MOM!!

Love from Sturgis!

Uncle Wes and Aunt Kim were very thoughtful and surprised all of us with a big Happy Valentines Day box directly from Sturgis!! The kids were thrilled with the candy they got, Sarabeth loved the teddy bear, Jen loved her box of chocolates, and I devoured my chocolate covered caramels! Thanks Wes and Kim!

Happy 33!

It was a great birthday last weekend in Greeley. Jennifer, the kids, my folks, Wes and Kim, and the in-laws all pitched in to make it a very special weekend. I was thrilled with the many special gifts, cards, well wishes on Facebook, birthday dinner at Old Chicago, and time with family and friends.

Sunday morning started off with a few cards from Jen and the Kids. Sarabeth gave me a home made coupon book, Jen made a nice breakfast, and I was stunned and surprised with the gift she picked out for me. Usually I find out before hand, or one of the kids slips and tells me. But not this year. Jen decided it was finally time for me to get the tattoo that I have been wanting for several years. WOW!! What a great blog post that is going to make!
