Just a collection of things from the past week. Mostly campaigning, a few work related things. Sadly, couldn’t join Jen on the radio for the Lifestories interview, with the FCC fair-time policy in effect. But I was there for mortal support and picked up another endorsement. A second endorsement from the regional director of LULAC. I missed snagging pictures at the final meet-and-greet/fundraiser for the season. Solid turnout, and captured more voters! Few other events and people from the past week.

October
Very full schedules, very few photos, and the campaign marches on. Honestly it was an ugly week, with the ugliness of people really shining through. Attacked on all sides from some very small-minded and very angry people. We remain about the fray, earning another endorsement, this time from the former mayor of Evans and GARA. The recording of the League of Women Voters also posted, so people have enthusiastically expressed their support for the candidate. We celebrated the Genesis Project with the family on Thursday. Saturday was spent in Erie at the Brewfest. Missed getting any photos, but at least our tent didn’t blow away.

Wake me Up…
Well, September has ended. So much to report, so much going on. The campaign continues on, with a forum with the League of Women Voters last week at City Hall. I was the adult in the room against my opponents, and clearly the candidate that was head and shoulders above my opponents. There was an invite only groundbreaking for the west Greeley project that was well-attended. The Jobs of Hope dinner was well attended and pretty fun. Sponsored the United Way tailgate before the Homecoming UNC game. We celebrated OCKTOBREW Fest in downtown. Look at those campaign buttons!

Chamber/ALLO
Been keeping a very full schedule, between, work and campaigning. Taking quite a few very interesting and enlightening meetings over the past several weeks with a variety of influential community leaders that want to see me succeed. Several work related events are also keeping me on my toes, including Rotary and the Lifestories Super Hero run (which I forgot to take pictures of). It was nice to have a shout-out from the Dream Team at their annual breakfast.
