Catching up from the past week or so with some random goings on. Podcast is going well, with already our 5th episode tomorrow. Our ALLO for Ed check presentations have been fun, with Frontier, Brighton and Greeley in the books. My friend Brad had a great ribbon cutting, followed by a shred day. Another wrestling event in downtown. The Leadership Institute hosted a candidate training class in Denver that I was able to attend.
Look who turned 1(or 7) today! I hope you love your forever family, our walks together, and terrorizing Luna. You have been a joy this past year, challenging at times, but have filled our days that’s for sure. Could you please stop digging in the yard, though? Maybe a pup cup at Dutch Bros later to celebrate?
Let’s check in on some of the PDX kids! Sara(Beth) and Gabe made a quick trip to California and Universal Studios to celebrate Gabe’s birthday. Looks like they had fun? Love the Funko. You even found Chester for me! Glad you both a good trip and enjoyed some sunshine.
Time once again for another Leadership Northern Colorado. Hard to believe there are only 2 more classes before graduation in June. Greeley was the host once again, with a focus on AIMS Community College and UNC. Lots of workforce development discussion, behind the scenes tours of both schools, a visit from Dr. Piltch, and a happy hour to end the day. Even had a Block sighting! The surgery prep room at AIMS hit a little close to home. Is that really what I looked like in February??? I’ve enjoyed building some very special friendships with other leaders from across the region.
